United States. From June 13 to 15, the second version of the Global Cold Chain Expo will be held, which will be held in the city of Chicago. For this year, the fair expects to have more than 50% growth compared to 2016, and will be developed directly in conjunction with the International Floriculture Expo, FreshMKT and United FreshTEC.
Buyers from processing, retail/retail, wholesale, foodservice, fresh produce, fresh food, and floral industries who make logistics, operation, and engineering decisions will be present in this space. The fair expects more than 7,500 key decision makers from retail, food service, processing, production, distribution, logistics and transportation attending representing frozen, refrigerated, environmental and fresh operations.
"We are excited to have our cold chain exhibitors sharing a floor of the show with Floriculture and United Fresh shows," said Corey Rosenbusch, President and CEO of the Global Cold Chain Alliance. "The co-location allows our exhibitors to connect with buyers and developers from all shows in search of perishable business practice solutions and for attendees to experience and find innovation throughout the supply chain, ensuring improved cold chain and food safety services and quality maintenance."
