Ecuador. Samsung Electronics and its partner Megafrio S.A. carried out the previous week the inauguration of its Training Room located in the city of Quito, in which specialized technicians will be able to provide information to all customers about variable volume air conditioning systems.
The room has a capacity to receive 70 people, in its two environments. At the top the training, concept and theoretical training will be carried out; while in the second wing the products are exhibited to receive the training and technical training.
Jong-Woo Park, Director of Samsung Ecuador, said: "For Samsung it is very pleasant to have a space where our customers can obtain information from specialized technicians, and thanks to the alliance with our partner Megafrio today we can inaugurate this training center. Our High Efficiency Variable Volume air conditioners feature Dual Digital Inverter System, Steam Injection System, Intelligent Handling System and world-class Energy Efficiency."
For his part, Galo Almendariz, Executive President of the Megafrio Corporation, said: "We saw the need to implement knowledge, to train our staff to give the best service to customers, technical and specialized information according to the requirements, and from there the idea of creating this training school was born. Currently the greatest strength of Megafrio is constant training. ".
