The IX American Congress of Technologies in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (Cataar) to be held in Buenos Aires, from August 30 to September 1, has already confirmed some of the keynote talks they will present.
The topics confirmed so far are as follows:
- Conference by Eng. Sheila Hayter, Treasurer of ASHRAE, on "Integration of Alternative Energies in Buildings".
- Applications of ASHRAE Standards. Two important examples in buildings in Buenos Aires, Eng. Armando Chamorro.
Seminar Workshop: "Yields and consumption of R22 vs. Drop-in". Mr. Mariano Pando, Frio Industrias S.A.
- Seminar on "ASHRAE Energy Audit", Eng. Armando Chamorro.
Throughout the three days, the congress will present free lectures, workshop seminars (tariffed)
certifications (fee-based examination fee): "New certification of air conditioning installer"; and company presentations, free of charge.
