Colombia. The Colombian Council of Energy Efficiency and the Colombian Society of Engineers will hold the third seminar "Use of Waste Heat in Industry", which will be held on Thursday, June 16 and 17 in Bogotá.
The seminar aims to strengthen the conceptual basis of Applied Thermal Engineering of Industrial Processes. Develop instruments for the identification and characterization of waste heat sources. Disseminate Waste Heat Harvesting Technologies: technical principles of operation, conditions of selective application, etc., by representatives of companies specialized in each technology. Provide a technical framework for the selection of appropriate Waste Heat Harvesting technologies for each plant and process. Convene technology providers and industrial users to share experiences, lessons learned, best practices in the application of Energy Efficiency techniques and methodologies with Waste Heat Recovery.
The event is aimed at the Colombian industrial sector: senior management, plant managers, project managers, maintenance managers, production managers, engineers from all areas, administrative and technical staff, academic sector, consultants, energy service companies and related interested public.
