United States. Rinnai announced that it has already launched a Customer Experience Center at its U.S./Canada headquarters in Peachtree City, Georgia. The facility will be an attractive, multifunctional space designed to enhance the knowledge and experience of the contractor customer through meetings and demonstrations, sales and technical training sessions, industry events and customer visits.
"We are constantly creating innovative solutions through teamwork and technology for our distributors, installers, customers and consumers. Naturally, we wanted to create a versatile physical space to generate and showcase those solutions," said Susan Mittelbrun, vice president of marketing at Rinnai America Corporation. "The space is designed with bright materials and an open concept to nurture inventive thinking for intrepid products."
The new multifunctional facility serves as an open space for larger meetings or can be split to serve multiple functions that allow for live installations and product disassembly.
The room consists of state-of-the-art technical and AV equipment, and live fire to demonstrate Rinnai's entire residential and commercial portfolio, including tankless and hybrid water heating solutions, boilers, direct ventilation wall furnaces and free ventilation heaters. The demonstration area showcases Rinnai's product for commercial and residential applications equipped with various appliances to demonstrate the capabilities of the product.
