After the reactivation of the Cold Chain Advisory Council in Latin America, the group of directors who will manage the management of this program was elected, which aims to serve as the voice of the temperature-controlled products industry, guide and contribute with their experience and influence in strengthening the cold chain, as well as strengthening relationships and alliances with other companies in the region and the world.
The first meeting of the new council was held on November 17 where topics such as international accreditation for refrigerated wineries, industry trends, benefits of being members and promotion of GCCA in different countries were discussed.
The formation of the Council took place after during the Latin American Cold Chain Congress in Guadalajara, which took place on September 27 and 28, members and directors of GCCA met in order to give continuity to the project. The Council for the year 2015-2016 was as follows:
Dionisio Cos, Frio Puerto Veracruz – Director

Fernando León, Bajo Cero Frigoríficos – Secretary
