Mexico. From October 20 to 22, the first version of the fair for the air conditioning, ventilation, heating and refrigeration sector AHR Expo was held in the city of Guadalajara, in which ACR Latin America was present covering all the details.
The fair, which was held at the Expo Guadalajara venue, was attended by thousands of visitors who exceeded all the expectations of both the organizers and the 350 exhibiting companies from the local, Latin American and global markets.
"We are surprised with the realization of the fair here in Guadalajara, we did not expect so much public to come. It was an excellent fair for us and we hope to return to this city on some other occasion," said Rodnei Peres, representative of the Brazilian company Full Gauge Controls.
For his part, Alfredo Díaz, marketing manager of Lennox, expressed his satisfaction with the event and with the number of visitors he registered at his stand, which exceeded figures from previous events held in Mexico. "We exceeded the goal of acquired contacts, that for us is very important in the first step to generate new contacts and business," said the engineer.
Visitors such as Gildardo Yáñez, a refrigeration specialist, and who also participated as a speaker during the technical talks, also gave his part of the event: "I was very struck by the number of people who mobilized at the fair, it was a surprise because we did not know how the market was going to behave in this city. The conferences also had a high number of attendees and that gives a lot of importance to an event like these."
For 2016 the appointment in Mexico will now be with the realization of the AHR Expo in the city of Monterrey, an event that will take place from September 20 to 22.
