Mexico. Rittal presents to the Mexican market its new Blue e air conditioning units, UL listed that comply with Nema 3R degree of protection. This product was developed by the company due to the growing demand for board cooling solutions, in indoor or outdoor applications where the generation of polluting particles from production and climatic conditions in the environment are factors to consider.
Facilities such as control panels, automation, collection booths, outdoor kiosks, food or beverage facilities, etc. Rittal's Blue e 3R units are designed to protect equipment that has contact with inclement weather.
"The heat dissipation of components contained in the boards and the temperature of the environment is the main cause of damage to electrical and electronic equipment located in the same cabinet when we exceed their optimal working temperatures," said Víctor Badillo, North Sales Manager of Rittal Mexico. "It is imperative that in the design of boards temperature control solutions and proper selection of the board according to the degrees of protection are considered to choose a cooling system where the electrical and electronic components work at the right temperature," he said.
"The use of nanotechnology helps to resist the accumulation of particles in the vital components of cooling equipment, which translates into greater energy efficiency and increased time in maintenance intervals," explains Badillo. "Rittal's closed-loop system maintains the Type 3R or NEMA 12 grade and creates a temperature-controlled environment in the cabinet."
