Mexico. The Mexican Institute of Intelligent Building (Imei) and Boma Mexico will hold a new monthly session on September 25 in which two themes will be presented: "The market demand for sustainable buildings" and "What will happen to the real estate market with the tax reform".
The meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Mexico City starting at 7:30 a.m. local time (start of registration).
The first talk will be presented by the architect José Antonio Hagg, and will deal with topics such as Main points of interest within sustainability, Rent price vs. productivity and rotation, The design revolution, among others.
For his part, the architect Claudio Márquez will be in charge of offering the following presentation in question that includes aspects such as Overview of taxes and changes proposed by the Reform, Possible scenarios in industrial, commercial and residential prices, among others.
