United States. HVAC supply company Standard Supply will host the NATE certification test during the upcoming AHR Expo in Dallas, Texas from January 28-30, 2013.
The test session will begin on the 28th from 1:00 p.m. (local time), but in order to prepare technicians for this exam, Standard Supply will offer a review session starting at 8:00 a.m. that same day.
"We are very proud of our partnership with Nate, and we look forward to offering technicians the opportunity to earn this certification at AHR Expo. Through NATE certification, today's technicians can verify their competencies and differentiate themselves from both contractors and housing customers," said Steve Roberts, representative of the U.S. company.
Nate certifies technicians in installations or services in eleven special areas: air conditioning, air distribution, heat pumps, gas heating, fuel, gas and hydronic fuel, commercial refrigeration, light commercial refrigeration, ground-powered heat pump and senior efficiency analyst.
