Panama. ACR Latin America was at the official market launch of the new air conditioning solutions, produced by the LG brand for the commercial sector.

International. Partners Group, a global private markets firm, has agreed, on behalf of its clients, to acquire DiversiTech, from funds advised by global private equity firm Permira.

United States. Green America, the U.S. green economy organization, announced a new campaign to ask retailer Walmart to reduce its hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) emissions. The Cool It campaign urges Walmart to launch a detailed plan to eliminate HFCs at all locations, monitor and repair its refrigerant leaks, and practice responsible disposal.

International. The global refrigeration compressor market is expected to reach $21.8 billion by 2026, according to a new study by Reports and Data.

Mexico. Danfoss reported that Xavier Casas assumes the position of Managing Director of Danfoss Mexico, reporting directly to the President of the Latin American region of Danfoss.
