Latin America. Juan David Payares is the new General Manager of PayOli, an international business development conglomerate, which distributes and markets select global brands in various industries, supporting new companies and existing initiatives throughout North, Central and South America and the Caribbean.
With the arrival of the executive to the General Management, the group has rethought its vision and strategies of markets and industries. Over the course of 2018, PayOli has already expanded to new product segments including Air Conditioning and Solar Energy. In April they began the distribution of the German brand Kuhnaire and recently approached Bosch Thermotechnology for Central America and the Caribbean, representing the entire range of Residential and Commercial products.
Currently, the group's Services division is venturing into the Solar Energy segment with several projects in South Florida, and they intend to expand that division for projects in Latin America so far in 2018.
PayOli was established in 2014, marketing the brand of Sealants, Adhesives and Lubricants 'X'traseal'. Juan David Payares, founder of the group, has been an executive of companies such as Carrier, Electrolux and General Electric, says its Co-founder and Operations Manager, José Hernando Payares.
