Greenheck
Greenheck's Vektor line introduces two new models in smoke exhaust ventilation systems and laboratories, the Vektor-CH and the Vektor CS. The first example mentioned uses a high-speed discharge nozzle that efficiently exhausts the air above the ceiling.
In combination with a centrifugal fan, the Vektor-CH achieves high pressures and flow rates. Available with multiple sizes of discharge nozzles.
On the other hand, the Vektor CS employs a variable geometry nozzle that maintains a constant discharge rate, while the continuous static pressure of the duct is maintained by adjusting the fan speed with a variable frequency inverter.
As the airflow through the fan varies, the nozzle discharge area is automatically adjusted to maintain a constant and safe discharge rate (minimum 3,000 ft./min. per ANSI Z9.5).
The Vektor-CS is available in four models of size 33-44 with performance capacities from 10,000 to 38,500 cfm and up to 14 inches. w.g. And the Vektor-CH has performance capabilities from 10,000 to 60,000 cfm and the same inches of range.
Both have an efficient airfoil centrifugal wheel and air handling quantity bearings, can withstand a wind load of 125 mph without retaining cables, and meet ANSI and NFPA standards for laboratory exhaust applications.
