ULVAC
ULVAC introduces the VS series of single-phase rotary vane pumps, for a wide range of industrial vacuum applications. The ULVAC VS650A and VS750A are robust, the user can install pumps anywhere with speeds of up to 750 m3/h.
Featuring a built-in oil cooling fan and a simple to clean oil sweep trap, these compact units take up much less space than conventional single-stage rotary vane pumps.
To further increase pumping speeds a mechanical reinforcement pump can be added for speeds up to 3,100 m3/h. The VS series are available with air or water cooling and offer low vibration.
These small and powerful pumping stations are designed to offer high reliability and ease of maintenance. Typical applications include: evaporation, cathodic spraying, ion coating, vacuum drying, gas exchange, and leak testing.
