The BASstat series of communicating thermostats produced by Contemporary Controls provides seamless integration into BACnet/IP (Wi-Fi) or BACnet MS/TP (EIA-485) networks.

Each model in the series offers distinct benefits that provide flexibility when installing a distributed zone thermostat control system. In addition, BASstat series thermostats are designed for BACnet/IP multi-stage ceiling units over Wi-Fi or MS/TP and 4-pipe analog fan coil units (FCU). The configurable and adaptive control algorithm applied to the multi-stage on/off control saves energy and ensures comfort for occupants.

The thermostats feature a wall-mount housing with an easy-to-read LCD display that can be set to °C or °F, with graphical icons to indicate set point, room temperature, occupancy status, and operating modes.
