The dynamic THT/HATCH exutorios with motorized opening equipped with roof extractor are designed for the evacuation of smoke and harmful gases in case of fire, in industrial buildings or commercial facilities.
The rapid extraction of smoke allows an effective intervention of firefighters, a rapid evacuation of people avoiding new sources of fire and further structural damage to the building. This equipment can also be used for the environmental ventilation of the building where it is installed.
It has homologation according to EN 12101-3 standard, with F-400 and F-300 certification. It is built in anticorrosive galvanized sheet that resists difficult weather conditions and its design ensures tightness at the entrance of water. It also has thermal insulation of 60 mm to avoid losses of hot air in winter.
Its opening system has motorized arms with an IP-65 mechanism that operates at 230V AC 50Hz, reinforced for more than 10,000 operations at a maximum load of 1,000 Nw. It includes a final stroke switch to signal the position of the gate.
