The Official Gazette of Extremadura has published this Monday the order of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Environment where a new call for aid is established for the promotion of renewable energies in the community.
These are measures aimed at promoting investment in installations for the use of solar, thermal and photovoltaic energy, and those that use biomass as fuel, in accordance with the agreement signed in this area with the Institute for Diversification and Energy Saving.
The eligible actions are, in particular, low temperature solar thermal; thermal biomass; hybrid biomass + solar thermal installations; solar photovoltaic insulated. Mixed wind-photovoltaic; biomass field treatment equipment for chipping or packaging and equipment for the use of existing energy in the subsoil, Geothermal energy.
The amounts in each of the sectors for the year 2011, with the maximum limit of 40,000 euros per project, will be distributed as follows: for actions in the field of low temperature solar thermal energy, 330,754.00 euros will be allocated; for thermal biomass, 230,000.00 euros; for hybrid installations Biomass + Solar thermal, 100,000.00 euros; for isolated and mixed solar photovoltaic wind-photovoltaic, 200,000.00 euros; for treatment equipment in the field of biomass, 100,000.00 euros and in the use of subsoil energy, Geothermal, 100,000.00 euros will be allocated.
The deadline for the submission of applications will remain open for one month from this Tuesday, January 11, informs the regional government in a press release. (EUROPA PRESS)
