Latin America. After announcing that they are now available, manufacturer Danfoss emphasized that Bock condensing units are an ideal solution for any refrigeration and ambient temperature application.
"The condensing units in the SHA versions for air-cooled compressors, SHG for gas-cooled compressors and the two-stage SHGZ offer maximum reliability and operate efficiently," the company said.
Features & Benefits
- Efficient capacitors with a reliable tubular fin design.
- For medium and low temperature refrigeration applications.
- Maximum reliability at demanding ambient temperatures.
- Robust fans for speed control made in Germany.
- Double and quadruple redundant fans for refrigerated goods safely from 27 m³/h and 48 m³/respectively.
Gas-cooled condenser, 1 stage: SHG-L
With displacement volumes from 5.4 to 116.5 m³/h, they incorporate advanced compressors such as HG44e, HG56e, HG66e, HG22e and HG34e, and offer optimal cooling for demanding environments.
Air-cooled condenser, 1 stage: SHA-L
Designed for low-temperature cooling, they address the challenges posed by lower refrigerant mass flow and excessive drive motor heating. These units optimize efficiency and extend equipment life through direct-injection compressor operation, engine air cooling, and a well-matched condenser/fan unit.
Air-cooled condenser, 2 stages: SGHZ
Thanks to their HGZ compressors, they excel at prolonged low-temperature cooling, making them ideal for demanding applications such as shock freezing. Standard features include a liquid subcooler, post-injection valve, solenoid valve, liquid sight glass and filter drier, ensuring robust performance with power reserves.
