PFP Americas arrives, new event that will accompany Refriaméricas

PFP Americas

United States. PFP Americas Show – the Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems Expo and Conference is the new event organized by Latin Press Media and Events and will be held in conjunction with Refriaméricas 2024 in Miami, on July 24 and 25.

PFP Americas is aimed at plumbing mechanical contractors, plumbing engineers and fire protection professionals from Florida, the Caribbean and Latin America.

For PFP Americas 2024, Latin Press and partners will jointly develop a two-day academic program for plumbing and fire protection engineers, in both Spanish and English, for commercial and training purposes. In addition, the event will include a pavilion for manufacturers and distributors from these industries to showcase their equipment and services.

"We are really excited to move forward with PFP Americas," said Max Jaramillo, CEO of Latin Press. "It makes sense to build on the success of Refriamericas HVAC Expo when we return to South Florida next year. PFP will be another reason for mechanical engineers and contractors to attend next year in Miami."

For his part, Víctor Alarcón, Project Manager of the show, commented: "With PFP Expo we intend to offer an event that generates added value for plumbing and firefighting professionals in Latin America, the Caribbean and South Florida. In addition to the expo with products and technology from the industry, we will organize a program of conferences of great interest with the support of knowledgeable experts."

Members of the Founding Advisory Board
Henry Vickery, CEO of VC Systems, as well as JC Gayoso, President of PSI Engineered Solutions, are part of the team of founding members of the PFP Americas Show Advisory Board. With their input and leadership, they will guide the creation of academic programs that will educate and engage regional professionals in the plumbing and fire protection business.

"I've been pushing for the creation of a regional trade show for the plumbing engineering industry," said JC Gayoso of PSI Engineered Solutions. "What better way than to join forces with Refriamericas HVAC Expo and share synergy between like-minded mechanical sectors."

"The launch of PFP Americas Show in Miami is a platform that enables all players in the plumbing and fire protection industries to network, learn and expand their business," said Henry Vickery, president of VC Systems. "I wholeheartedly support this effort and encourage all Florida plumbing and mechanics professionals to participate."

Further details, including the expanded Advisory Council, will be announced soon. More information at https://www.plumbingfire.show
