DiversiTech acquires specialist thermostat manufacturer

International. DiversiTech confirmed a definitive agreement to acquire Pro1 Thermostats, a specialist in heating and cooling technology. This acquisition will strengthen DiversiTech's position in the HVAC/R industry and expand its product offerings.

Pro1 Thermostats has a history of delivering innovative products to the HVAC/R industry, making it the perfect choice for DiversiTech. The successful launch of the next generation of thermostats and the Pro1 Connect app offers simple, affordable and professional WIFI thermostat models designed for almost every application. The Pro1 WIFI models are easy to install, simple to operate, and provide the convenience of operating your thermostat from anywhere.
