International. Trane announced the acquisition of MTA, an Italy-based company specializing in refrigeration solutions for industrial processes, HVAC and air treatment.
With this acquisition, Trane says it will strengthen its participation in the process chiller sector in addition to the rental and services business, and bring new solutions for the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and automotive industries in key markets.

Nearly 500 new employees, primarily in Europe, will join the Trane Technologies team. MTA's manufacturing centers in Tribano and Conselve, Italy, and its international sales offices will further expand Trane Technologies' footprint.
