Latin America. A tour of Central America and the Caribbean was held during March by Sodeca, a specialist in ventilation solutions, with the purpose of presenting a series of training conferences for professionals in the HVAC industry.
In these talks, topics of maximum interest were discussed, such as the pressurization of stairs, ventilation of parking lots by means of impulse equipment and ventilation in large spaces in case of fire, in addition to teaching the selection tool "QuickFan", designed by the brand, S.L.U and available free of charge to the sector.
Also, and as a complement to the technical training, the different ventilation solutions that Sodeca has for the different daily and/or emergency situations that a building and its annexes can encounter throughout its useful life were shown.
For this, Miguel García Mateo, Project Engineer of Sodeca traveled from Barcelona to share with the guests his knowledge in the field and solve with them concerns, share experiences and clarify all the doubts that the attendees exposed with great enthusiasm and interest.
"This trip of several days began in the Dominican Republic, where the ally in the area, the distribution company Nat Reps Lat LLC, offered its support to the organization of the successful event in Santo Domingo and also exposed all the installations that have been carried out on the island using Sodeca solutions, as well as some future projects, including emblematic buildings of the city such as the World Trade Center, Latitud 18, Habitat Park in Santo Domingo and The St. Regis Cap Cana Resorts & Residence in Punta Cana," said engineer García Mateo.
