International. Intarcon launched its new series of industrial products from the intarCUBE Inverter mini-refrigeration plant range.
The intarCUBE Inverter range has been designed for medium power centralized commercial refrigeration applications (from 15 to 40 kW) with multiple evaporator units, such as supermarkets, industrial kitchens or small industries. The new intarCUBE Inverter plants are positioned as an efficient and safe investment, low cost, and within the medium-term regulatory framework on fluorinated gases in the European Union.
F-Gas Regulations
These refrigeration plants comply with the future scenarios of EU Regulation 517/2014 (F-Gas Regulation). From 1 January 2022, the placing on the market of compact multi-compressor refrigeration plants with HFC refrigerants, for commercial use, will be limited to less than 40 kW of cooling capacity.
Inverter Technology
The compressor Inverter control allows progressive capacity modulation, without pulses or start-up cycles, to modulate the capacity of the plant from 15% to 100%. The Inverter drive of one compressor is combined with the neutral band control of the rest of the compressors to adapt the cooling power continuously according to demand.
Floating condensation
The floating condensation control by sequencing and speed variation of the fans, depending on the load and the ambient temperature, guarantees the operation of the plant at its optimum performance point.
