Mexico. Stulz announced that its new Commercial Manager for Mexico is the engineer, Juan Carlos Casillas, with which they seek to give continuity to their positioning process in this country.
Part of Juan Carlos' strategy will be to carry out a commercial restructuring and sectorize the company's presence to provide a more personalized and close coverage.
"Stulz has positioned itself as one of the main companies in the sector, we managed to close 2021 with a market share of 28%, so the appointment of Juan Carlos will be key to give continuity to our positioning throughout the territory," says Emigdio Granillo, CEO of Stulz Mexico.
"For us it is essential to stay close to our distribution channel and end customers, so we have decided to have a local presence through brand executives in three main cities: Guadalajara, Monterrey and Mexico City," says Juan Carlos Casillas. "We have always had a national presence through Mexico City. However, this new strategy focuses on having a physical presence, which will allow us to have a more agile and close response with the northern region, while consolidating the relationship with local companies and strengthening trust"
The company highlighted that 2021 was a year of challenges, marked by a very slow economic acceleration, but in the last quarter of the year Stulz managed to register a growth of 200 percent compared to the previous months. "The first three quarters of the year we managed to invoice 50 percent of the Budget and in the last quarter the other 50 percent, this reflects how the industry moved in our country. The phenomenon of low chip production, coupled with logistical problems, immediately accelerated the last quarter because many of the customers decided to anticipate their orders so as not to fall immersed in this difficulty that is being had and that is expected to last throughout 2022, "says Granillo
According to the CEO of Stulz Mexico, the inertia of this recovery is also marking the beginning of this year, which has become one of the busiest. "The backlog with which we enter 2022 represents approximately 25 percent of our total Budget for the year," says Emigdio.
According to company data, the sectors with the highest demand for cooling solutions for mission-critical applications were: Telecommunications remained the dominant segment in 2021 with 40%, followed by automotive with 18%, retail with 12%, government with 20% and 10% between Health and Industry 4.0.
