International. Secop's management decided on a new location for the headquarters in Germany. At the new headquarters, Secop will be able to combine all competencies in one place to drive synergy and efficiency effects, as well as the flexibility to support its expansion plans.
As of December 2021, Secop's global motor and electronics R&D center (MCC - Motor Competence Center), global applications, finance, marketing and all management and logistics functions are located at Lise-Meitner-Straße 29 in Flensburg, Germany. The new headquarters is located in an industrial park that has excellent transport and service connections.
At the new location, the R&D center is located in an annex where tests can be run directly on site to take advantage of full capabilities for compressor and application testing, as well as engine and electronic design. A showroom has been built in the new headquarters, where different applications can be presented as well as the latest products and the history of the company. Customers and visitors will have the opportunity to test Secop products in the new showroom.
In addition, the new location presents new functionalities for employees and visitors, the Secop team designed the new offices with the aim of offering the teams a modern, efficient and pleasant work environment, both for physical and virtual meetings, with a central focus also on sustainability, including charging stations for electric cars.
