Latin America. Advansor's sustainable CO2 cooling solutions have been widely used in Latin America over the past 10 years distributed through Hillphoenix and Dover Food Retail. To continue the positive development and ensure the best customer service in the future, Advansor announced that it will establish sales and service locally in the region.
To this end, the company confirmed that Mauricio Baena, who has worked for Hillphoenix for the last 4 years, has been promoted to Regional Sales Manager of Advansor Latin America and will be responsible for the region. Mauritius has been in the refrigeration industry for the past 24 years and has played a central role in implementing CO2 solutions across the continent for the past 5 years, especially in the retail and industrial food segments.
Kristian Breitenbauch, CEO of Advansor: "We look forward to working directly with customers in Latin America. Our cooling grids and coolers meet the future requirements of sustainable solutions and are well suited for climate and conditions. We already have extensive experience of over 10,000 CO2 racks delivered to Europe's food industrial and retail segments, and with Mauritius on board the Advansor team, I see a very good combination."
The direct entry of Advansor to the Latin American market comes after Hillphoenix recently closed its service operations in this region after being present since 1998, especially due to the expansion of competition, the constriction of the segment of the
supermarkets and the regional economic recession. However, the brand confirmed that it will continue to provide support from its manufacturing and support facilities in North America and Europe.
