Johnson Controls announced the closing of the acquisition of Lucas Ingenieros, a Costa Rican contractor specializing in electricity, mechanics and HVAC with extensive experience in the development of industrial, commercial, sanitary and residential projects in Costa Rica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Guatemala and Peru.
With 14 years in the market, more than 45 customers, including Walmart, Coca-Cola, Intel, 3M and GSK, and more than 100 successful projects, Lucas Ingenieros has strong credentials in the core principles of quality, engineering excellence, integrity, safety and community involvement. Both organizations share a commitment to understanding and avidly meeting customer needs.
