Brazil. Dannenge International, through RGF Environmental, launched the BioControls product line for the Brazilian market, offering a wide variety of air purification systems, designed for use in hospitals and health centers.
Products with PHI (Photo Hydro Ionization) technology provide solutions to reduce the risks of transmission of infectious pathogens in the air and offer flexible use in various environments and applications. The equipment is designed to:
- Reduce the risks of transmission of infectious diseases by viruses and bacteria.
- Compliance with all FDA (Food and Drug Administration) regulations 510(k), NR15 - Ministry of Labor Regulatory Standard, and ozone-free;
- Flexible use in various hospital environments and facilities;
- Eliminates the need for costly reforms in air conditioning systems;
- Quality performance guarantee.
The products in the BioControls line have been extensively tested to affirm their effectiveness. In addition, they are designed with visible controls and indicators to help monitor performance. Each product was designed to perform a specific function, complying with CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) engineering guidelines and controls. They are integrated to form an air purification system suitable for hospitals and other healthcare settings, offering an economical and performance alternative to engineering modifications.
The RGF BioControls line has Microcon MAP, a high-capacity mobile air purifier, which complies with FDA (Food and Drug Administration) regulations of 510(k) for hospital and healthcare settings. It has been specifically designed to remove hazardous airborne microbial contaminants, using the Circumflow air distribution pattern. This is created by a 360º air intake and exhaust, which are exclusive to the Microcon map series. No other unit reproduces this feature, which has been specified to improve respiratory zone filtering within a hospital room.
Proven and established HEPA filtration, combined with UV germicidal lamps, provides the Microcon air purification system to operate. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recognizes that a hospital's air purification and HEPA filtration system can play an important role in controlling airborne infections.
