International. Danfoss is launching a global campaign opening a new chapter: the Engineering Tomorrow brand, which communicates the company's role in building a better future, focused on megatrends and sustainability.
"With Danfoss Going Great's growth strategy in place, it is a natural step for us to add new dimensions to our strong brand platform, Engineering Tomorrow. Danfoss has never been more relevant, offering solutions for the megatrends that transform the world. We want to communicate this explicitly and clearly to our customers, to politicians and stakeholders, to talents who are looking for the most interesting place to work, and to our excellent employees who walk an extra mile every day," says Danfoss President and CEO. Kim Fausing.
The Engineering Tomorrow brand platform was successfully launched in 2014. Now, 5 years after launch, Engineering Tomorrow is deeply rooted and supported by Danfoss and internal and external communication.
"We have a solid platform to build on, but we want to keep our story constantly interesting and relevant. Therefore, we have made bold updates to the story and visual resources to reflect the business and the world as it looks today," says Danfoss Group Branding head Mette Munk.
Climate and sustainability are at the top of the global agenda, and Danfoss is in the midst of the green transition that is happening these years.
"We want to issue a strong statement that frames the challenge of sustainability using a young voice. In addition, take advantage of the branding potential of the initiative by the employer. And we want to position engineering, and Danfoss, at the center of sustainable transformation, highlighting our key technologies and case studies, creating a strong link with Megatrends, which makes Danfoss so relevant," says Mette Munk.
A central part of the new campaign is a recruitment video that addresses climate and sustainability concerns expressed by large groups of younger people, but at the same time pinpointing possibilities and solutions.
"We want to attract the best talent from all generations, so we want to make a statement that fits the agenda of today's world," says Danfoss head of human resources Ilonka Nussbaumer.
