The Centro de Evaluación de Competencias Laboral FrioCalor - a center accredited by ChileValora for the evaluation and certification of labor competencies in the profiles of the refrigeration, air conditioning and air conditioning sub-sector - belonging to the Chilean Chamber of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning A.G., certified during 2018 317 people in the profiles of Installer / Maintainer of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Equipment.
The approved applicants received their certificates in ceremonies that were attended by authorities from ChileValora, SENCE, the Ozone Unit of the Ministry of the Environment, our chamber and representatives of partner companies.
It should be noted that the purpose of job competency assessments lies in the recognition of the work and competencies that people possess, mainly those who do not have a professional title that formally recognizes their talents and skills.
"It is essential to materialize this recognition through the certificate and the certification credential that the FrioCalor center delivers to each worker who participated in the evaluation process, attributing a significant value that contributes in the sum of the quality of work in refrigeration and air conditioning in Chile," said Juan Ricardo Abara, executive secretary of the CChRyC.
The FrioCalor Labor Skills Evaluation Center has been working since 2013 with collaborators in the field of air conditioning and refrigeration, and currently, it has available dates for labor skills evaluation processes belonging to the Sence TRDR 2019 Evaluation Program, for what they are giving evaluation scholarships (cost $ 0 for the technician and his company).
