Mexico. Carrier Mexico awarded Danfoss with the 'Best Customer Service' badge during the annual supplier day. Recognition was awarded after covering several service criteria.
Susana Aguilar, responsible for Customer Service for all Carrier plants in Mexico in Danfoss, was recognized in 2 of the 5 factories: CMXC and CMXD that are served in the country, her achievement would never have been possible without the support and commitment of the One Danfoss team throughout the supply chain that has proven to be professional every day and add value to the needs of the end user.
The award is given based on the "values" that the Carrier team considers critical to maintaining its success such as flexibility, availability, anticipation, problem solving, excellent service attitude, reliability and sense of urgency.
The annual supplier day is an event that Carrier Mexico holds at the end of each year to share its main achievements during the year that ends, present the work plan for the year that begins, publicize the updates in your organization, networking and awarding the 'Best Customer Service' award to the business partner or supplier that has performed best during that period of each of its supply chains.
