The Spanish company specialized in air conditioning, ventilation, heating and renewable energy solutions, TECNA, reported that it has been acquired by the Arbonia Group and is integrated into the large Swiss holding company that also includes relevant brands such as Sabiana, Kermi and Vasco.
The acquisition of the company by Arbonia AG, a company listed on the Swiss stock exchange, not only strengthens TECNA's competitive position in its national markets of Spain and Portugal, but also lays the foundations for substantial growth as a representative of a European-wide manufacturer of heating products, ventilation and air conditioning. The company also assumes an intense process of internationalization that will begin with exports to North Africa and Latin America.
TECNA explained that its customers will now benefit from an expanded product range and TECNA's direct collaboration with all the international plants of the HVAC division of the Arbonia business group. At the same time, TECNA's relevant position in the Spanish and Portuguese market expands Arbonia AG's presence in Europe, where its companies with the Kermi, Arbonia, Sabiana, Vasco and Prolux brands are present, mainly in the markets of Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France, Benelux and Poland.
TECNA is organizationally integrated into the HVAC division of Arbonia AG, although without renouncing its independent presence in the market, with its own brand TECNA. In addition to the HVAC division, the Arbonia Business Group belongs to the window, door and sanitary facilities division with leading positions in the Central European market.
