International. Japanese fan expert Masahiro Tsujimoto, CEO of the Ziehl-Abegg company exchanged experiences related to noise and energy consumption in ventilation.
"Cooling and fresh air machines must be silent and must consume less energy!" stresses Masahiro Tsujimoto, CEO of fan company Ziehl-Abegg Japan, during an international conference in Germany's Fan Valley. in Japan and reduce the noise of these machines."
The German company Ziehl-Abegg has more than 100 years of experience in the invention and construction of electric motors and fans. "The requirements changed over the last 100 years," says Masahiro Tsujimoto. At first, the focus was on the life span, later on the performance of the ventilation system. Energy consumption has been significant for about 20 years. "In addition, people evaluate noise as pollution of the environment or as a noise disturbance in recent years," explains the expert.
Major international fan companies try to reduce the energy consumption and noise of air installation and air conditioning systems. Ziehl-Abegg, the origin of the German Fan Valley, is a leader in bionic fan design. The engineers have a lot of experience: they transferred characteristics of the owl, eagle, humpback whale or trees to the fan design, always with the aim of reducing noise and optimizing the aerodynamics of the fan to reduce energy consumption.
"There are two possibilities: the planning of new buildings and the renovation of existing buildings," illustrates Masahiro Tsujimoto. The ventilation system of old buildings is often too noisy and consumes too much energy. "If you need the current calculation software for needs and restoration with energy-saving fans, there is no need to modify the pipe system," Explains.
