United States. On May 7, Greenheck will be honored for being one of the top 10 places to work for Wisconsin's Young Professionals. The Bubbler Award will be presented by NEWaukee, a Milwaukee-based company that focuses on attracting and retaining talent in the state of Wisconsin, and the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC).
The companies considered for this award were nominated by employees and evaluated by a statewide panel on aspects such as: competitive compensation and benefit packages, advancement opportunities, professional development programs, community participation, and access to leadership. Greenheck has received the Bubbler Award for four consecutive years, the only company to achieve this achievement.
"The world of talent attraction and retention has changed dramatically. The standard offering will not work with the next generation of talent," said Angela Damiani, CEO of NEWaukee. "The Bubbler Awards recognize Wisconsin companies that have made great strides in their ability to attract, maintain and grow their young talent. We are proud to highlight companies like Greenheck, which really are among the best places to work for young professionals in Wisconsin."
"We are very proud and honored to receive the Bubbler Award again," said Kathy Drengler, Greenheck's Vice President of Human Resources. "This is a testament to our efforts and investments to attract, develop and retain employees by creating a work environment that supports and fosters employee personal and professional growth through leadership and professional development, training opportunities, special events and wellness programs."
