United States. One Rock Capital Partners announced that one of its affiliates has completed the previously announced acquisition of Robertshaw Holdings.
Headquartered in Itasca, Illinois, Robertshaw serves its customer base through manufacturing, R&D and distribution facilities in 11 countries around the world.
