United States. Rheem celebrates the opening of its new Innovation Learning Center located just outside of Dallas. The Center is part of an extensive renovation and expansion of Rheem's divisional offices, warehouses and distribution facilities at 1875 Waters Ridge Drive in Lewisville.
The inaugural event began with a ribbon cutting attended by Rheem executives and employees, as well as some government personalities. The newly renovated office and training spaces are home to rheem's HVAC division regional office, a distribution center that opened in Lewisville in 2006.
Rheem's new Innovation Learning Centre in Lewisville is the fourth of five training centres to open in the United States and Canada. The digital training facility will be used to educate HVAC contractors and plumbers throughout the Southwest and Midwest. It's a high-tech hands-on center that includes interactive classrooms, a live demonstration lab where equipment can be disassembled and reassembled, virtual reality labs for diagnostic training, and a product showroom showcasing the company's most efficient HVAC equipment: water heaters, pool heaters and boilers for residential and commercial applications.
"We appreciate the business and community support we have received over the past decade in Lewisville and look forward to hosting our business partners in this dynamic new space," said Mike Branson, executive vice president and general manager of Rheem Air Division. "This expansion is an investment in both our local operations and the future of the contractors we serve in our industries."
