United States. Rheem celebrated in recent days the inauguration of a new headquarters for its water heating division. The 39,000-square-foot building is located in Roswell, Georgia, just 10 miles from the company's corporate headquarters in Sandy Springs. Both Roswell and Sandy Springs are located in northern Fulton County, part of the Atlanta metropolitan area.
Rheem manufactures and markets a complete line of tank-type and tankless water heating solutions sold globally under the Rheem, Ruud, Richmond, Eemax and EcoSmart brands for residential and commercial applications.
The headquarters of Rheem's water heating division is a retrofitted building that includes flexible workspace and meeting rooms for up to 150 employees. Designed by Atlanta-based IdeaSpan, the modern open office design is optimized for the development of collaboration and innovation. The building includes snuggling spaces with contemporary interior furniture; meeting rooms and offices with glass elements to promote natural light; plus an employee break room with additional meeting spaces.
The cornerstone of the headquarters building is a 10,000-square-foot Digital Innovation Learning Center that will be used to educate plumbers and contractors across the Southeast. The high-tech and practical center is one of five that the company will open across the United States and Canada this year and will include interactive classrooms, live demo room where equipment can be broken down and reassembled, as well as a state-of-the-art product showroom showcasing the company's latest water heaters, pool heaters, boilers and HVAC equipment.
