Brazil. Thermo King, held on April 10 and 11 the Thermo King Services Conference in the city of Viña, in the interior of São Paulo. During the meeting, participants were updated on refrigeration and air conditioning solutions dedicated to the Brazilian market.
For Vinilton Souza, Service Manager of Thermo King, the conference held has a goal of bringing the company's culture to the field. "In addition to the technical update of the products and services, the meeting offered a direct dialogue with the service managers of the distributors, that is, we managed to transmit company values such as growth and direct operational excellence."
The conference included the update of various topics, such as injection systems, innovations in the application of Small Truck, trailers and trucks, refrigeration components, new refrigerants, among others. During the two-day event, participants were able to exchange information, share experiences in order to improve the quality of services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
"The exchange of knowledge that took place during the event is very important to seek the continuous improvement of the services provided by the service network," emphasizes Vinilton.
