Mexico. Humiclima, which has had a subsidiary in Mexico since 2003, carried out an outstanding air conditioning project at the Iberostar Playa Mita hotel, Riviera Nayarit.
The Iberostar Playa Mita hotel was Humiclima's first facility located in the Mexican Pacific area. It corresponds to a 5-star Premium Gold complex with 460 rooms. The hotel has five restaurants, eight bars, three outdoor swimming pools, wellness center, Kids' club and meeting rooms and theater and disco in addition to the Litibú Golf Club,
Humiclima has carried out the mechanical installations of the entire complex, including apart from the rooms and the common and industrial areas: air conditioning and ventilation, plumbing and sanitation, solar energy, spa, installation of outdoor swimming pools and children's water park.
The installed cooling power was 3,000kW of cold and 1,200kW of heat. The project was executed in 2013.
