Puerto Rico. At the La Concha Hotel in San Juan, the launch ceremony and UL certification of Gree North America's solar VRF systems was held and was attended by representatives of UL, Representatives of Gree, the local agent of the brand, design consultants, contractors and installers.
Approximately 100 more people attended this activity, witnessing the first launch ceremony of Gree's VRF Solar products in America.
The focus of this ceremony was Gree's VRF Photovoltaic All DC Inverter (Gree-registered Solar GMV), which is equipped with solar panels and which adopted a direct-drive mixed power mode. This unit complies with the concept of energy saving and environmental protection, and has the first global UL certificate for Solar VRF.
Jerry Vega Rivera, sales director of agent Gree in Puerto Rico, stated that it will definitely be a superstar product in 2017. Currently, this product has been installed successively in stores, gas stations, schools and hotels throughout North America. The first launch of Solar GMV has attracted the interests of many consultants, contractors and installers, and the potential growth is enormous."
Gree VRF has entered the US market for over 2 years. Previously, the Gree North America GMV training center was held in New York. Covering an area of 10,000 square feet and located in Flushing, the training center has become the largest demonstration and training center for Gree commercial products in North America.
