Colombia. The Antioquia Chapter of the Colombian Association of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (ACAIRE), has for this year different relevant training programs for all its members and the general public. Among these are the following that will be held in the city of Medellín.
1. RITE Technical Conference: which will take place on April 25, is aimed at project managers, engineers, air conditioning technicians, building managers, maintenance managers, project controllers, architects and builders.
The objective of the event is to know the RITE and hold a debate about the benefits that the application of this brings to the guilds, the environment and the country.

2. Diploma in Industrial Refrigeration: this program will begin on April 18 and end on August 8 at the UPB Headquarters in El Poblado. The course aims to provide training and training to professionals in the cold industry, in order to exercise their knowledge in the fields of design, selection, commissioning, maintenance of refrigeration equipment; as well as, in the applications of low temperatures to perishable products.
The content of the diploma has topics such as basic concepts, Refrigerants, Thermal load, Components, Design, Cold chain, Installations,
Control, Management of refrigeration projects, Energy saving.
