Diversitech, manufacturer and supplier of HVAC/R parts and accessories, announced that it has purchased Alltemp Products Co. Ltd., a supplier of premium HVAC parts serving the Canadian market.
The acquisition expands DiversiTech's established Canadian channel and offers customers in that market an even more diverse line of products. The operation will simplify the fulfillment and fulfillment of orders, resulting in better service to customers in a significant way for both companies. Alltemp will benefit from a partner that brings significant resources in new product development and international distribution to further increase its services to the local Canadian market.
