In Almeria, Spain, she was arrested by the Guardia Civil, a couple for the continued crime of fraud, after an investigation confirmed that they were posing as employees of an electricity company and offering false installation services of air conditioning equipment.
A total of six cases in which these people scammed their customers were reported. In one of them, a user paid an advance of 1,500 euros for the purchase and installation of an appliance, a business that never occurred because those responsible disappeared and did not respond to the call of the client, who later made the complaint.
Subsequently, the Civil Guard confirmed that the company with which these people were identified does not carry out air conditioning installations, and the equipment that was budgeted with coincided with the original characteristics of the product or the market price.
These two people had already committed other similar scam crimes through the Internet, on at least nine occasions, offering cell phones.
