Mitsubishi Electric recently launched the Kumo Cloud Controller App, a programmable remote control application that works with the Mitsubishi Electric Wi-Fi Interface (PAC-WHS01WF-E) to allow consumers to control their indoor units from anywhere. Through the user interface from a smartphone, tablet or computer, the homeowner can control the entire Diamond Comfort System.
This app works with the latest indoor units of Mitsubishi Electric Series M and P. Wi-Fi interface is required for each indoor unit. Installation requires Internet access as well as access to the wireless router with a network administrator or WPS button.
The app is available for iOS, Android or Fire OS. Control through a JavaScript-enabled web browser is available in app.kumocloud.com.
Kumo cloud has the ability to do the following:
- Control multiple locations and indoor units
- Schedule cooling and heating events
- Indicate filter replacement
