Brazil. Due to the growth in the construction of shopping centers in Brazil, Armacell confirmed that it is participating in some of these projects.
Until October, four new shopping centers will be inaugurated in the Northeast and Midwest of the country for which Armacell provides its solutions for thermal insulation:
- Shopping Rio Poty – Teresina (Piauí)
- Paulista North Way Shopping – Paulista (Pernambuco)
- Várzea Grande Shopping – Várzea Grande (Mato Grosso)
- Shopping Cerrado – Goiânia (Goiás)
"Thermal insulation solutions are widely used in such works, where installations and pipes – especially refrigeration and air conditioning – need to be insulated to maintain their efficiency and provide energy savings," explained Márcio Nieble, MANAGING DIRECTOR of Armacell South America.
"Shopping malls have sought solutions that meet the principles of sustainable construction. This opens up great prospects for our products and technologies, which are recognised for the contribution they can make in this regard. Therefore, in addition to the four projects that will be inaugurated soon, we are involved in several other projects in this segment," said the executive.
