International. Seeley International has acquired the American air conditioning manufacturer, Coolerado Corporation.
Seeley, one of Australia's leading air conditioning equipment manufacturers, says it will greatly improve the Denver-based manufacturer's operations with a multi-million dollar capital injection designed to increase product availability and customer service.
"The addition of Innovative and Award-Winning Coolerado products to our portfolio demonstrates our commitment and leadership in providing energy-efficient air conditioning products," said Frank Seeley, Founder and Executive Chairman of Seeley International. "This acquisition establishes a U.S.-based manufacturing facility, which is an exciting step in our growth strategy as we seek to reach out to our North American customers."
Coolerado's U.S. manufacturing operations are supported by a worldwide network of unit distributors installed in more than 40 countries.
