Paraguay. The Asunción-based company, Tecnimet, used a range of heatcraft equipment from Brazil for the completion of several refrigeration projects within the supermarket and industrial refrigeration sector.
Using one of Heatcraft's new equipment lines from Brazil, Tecnimet installed three cooling systems. Each mounted with two UCR remote controls, a remote condenser and a high-profile evaporator.
The condensers and evaporators were divided into two circuits to receive each UCR, which has been selected for the application due to its small size and the possibility of remote connection with the condenser. The project also had an electrical framework that was developed to control condensation, evaporation and the operation of the compressors of each system, which brings benefits such as reducing maintenance and installation costs.
"This model is ideal for places with higher ambient temperatures, as the remote condenser allows the system to have better condensation, making the compressor work within its operating range, without having any limiting condenser as often happens in condensing units. With this, it is possible to take advantage of most of the cooling capacity of the compressor, with lower energy consumption," explains Tiago Ignes, Heatcraft salesman responsible for the selection of the equipment.
According to him, the technical benefits of the solution generate economy. "Within the options available for this project, this solution is considered one of the most cost-effective both for the purchase of equipment and materials and for installation and energy consumption. The cost benefit offered by Tecnimet was an important factor in the customer's final decision," he explains.
