International. Emerson's business segment, known as Climate Technologies, introduced a new website called AC & Heating Connect, where users will have the ability to make better decisions about their heating and cooling needs.
The portal www.ac-heatingconnect.com is divided into sections for homeowners, facility managers and HVAC contractors, and offers different technical levels in the home section.
"Most people tend to ask their family members or neighbors about counseling in the face of a situation, but they often can't provide the best-informed answers as these kinds of important decisions tend to happen only once or twice in their entire lives. AC & Heating Connect offers homeowners a place to go, based on facts, where there are objective answers to an untimely HVAC repair or replacement," said Frank Landwehr, vice president of marketing for Emerson Climate Technologies.
