These kinds of systems are 35% more efficient than a window unit and up to 40% more energy efficient than a central air conditioner. In addition, it is a permanent solution that does not take up space in the window and does not block the view.
Because the Mitsubishi Electric system requires no duct, installation is quick and does not need any renovation. Indoor units come in multiple styles: on the wall, above floor, recessed ceiling (without ducts) and hidden ceiling (with duct).
It also has control options, such as the automatic change from cooling to heating, as well as separate temperature / fan speed control for each room or area.
