Argentina. With special emphasis on environmental and sustainability issues, Clima Refri-Arg ended on August 23, a meeting of technical conferences on the HVAC/R industry, accompanied by a commercial exhibition.
The event was attended by important references in the sector, who held technical talks with the aim of training and updating technicians, installers, mechanics, architects and engineers from the city of Neuquén and its wide area of influence.
The Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development of the Nation, through the Ozone Program Office, taught courses on both days: Hydrocarbons (HCS) as refrigerants; Refrigeration facilities in supermarkets; and Alternative refrigerant to HCFCs.
The Argentina Green Building Council presented a talk related to sustainable construction and energy efficiency, while the Argentine Cold Association spoke about current trends and solutions to frequent problems in refrigeration facilities.
The event had the support of the College of Architects of Neuquén, and Masters of Works, sponsored by the most representative entities of the sector: Aafrio – Argentine Association of Cold, Cacaav – Argentine Chamber of Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation, Chamber of Refrigeration Merchants and Cairaa - Argentine Chamber of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industries, and Argentina's Green Building Council.
